The Bitumen Tanker is engineered to transport hot bitumen used in road construction and asphalt production without heat loss. Its three-layer insulated body preserves bitumen temperature at 150–200°C for extended periods.
Inner body made of heat-resistant steel, outer layer stainless/galvanized, with high-density mineral wool insulation between layers. Optional reheating via burner or hot oil circulation, BPW/SAF axles, WABCO EBS, air suspension.
Capacity, insulation thickness, heating system, discharge pump, and filling configuration are customized according to customer requirements.

98/91 EEC standards; made of two welded longitudinal I-beams with cross beams at needed distances (Optional special Strenx® 700MC steel for lightweight design)
Body is made of ST-52 (S355JR) for maximum abrasiveness and impact resistance (Optional special Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500 Tuf steel for lightweight design)
4 mm side, front and back walls, 5 mm floor thickness (Optional: desired thickness)
Mechanical open, lengthwise, top-hinged (Optional hydraulic)
Movable rear bumper compliant with 70/221/EEC standards and tested (Optional: dipped galvanized abrasion- and corrosion-resistant rear bumper)
Optional: manual sliding tarpaulin with continuous rail, electrical sliding and protective tarpaulin
