The Container Chassis is manufactured for the safe road transport of standard 20, 40, and 45-foot ISO containers. It is the backbone of port-warehouse operations and intermodal logistics chains; operates in single 40' or twin 20' (two 20') configurations.
High-strength steel, CNC cutting, and robotic MIG welding techniques are used for lightweight yet durable construction. BPW/SAF axles, air suspension, WABCO EBS braking system, and ISO-compliant twist lock equipment are standard.
Container configuration (20'/40'/45'/twin), twist lock quantity and position, axle type, wheelbase distance, and spare wheel housing are customized according to customer requirements.

98/91 EEC standards; made of two welded longitudinal I-beams with cross beams at needed distances (Optional special Strenx® 700MC steel for lightweight design)
Body is made of ST-52 (S355JR) for maximum abrasiveness and impact resistance (Optional special Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500 Tuf steel for lightweight design)
4 mm side, front and back walls, 5 mm floor thickness (Optional: desired thickness)
Mechanical open, lengthwise, top-hinged (Optional hydraulic)
Movable rear bumper compliant with 70/221/EEC standards and tested (Optional: dipped galvanized abrasion- and corrosion-resistant rear bumper)
