Dropside Platform Trailer provides both open loading and protected transport with lowerable or fully removable side panel construction. Used for construction materials, agricultural products, machinery, and palletized cargo transport.
Aluminum or steel panels, hinged lowering system, open/closed configuration, load securing rings on sides. 98/91 EEC approved steel chassis, BPW/SAF axles, WABCO EBS, air suspension.
Panel height, material (steel/aluminum/wood), deck length, and axle configuration are customized according to customer specifications.

98/91 EEC standards; made of two welded longitudinal I-beams with cross beams at needed distances (Optional special Strenx® 700MC steel for lightweight design)
Body is made of ST-52 (S355JR) for maximum abrasiveness and impact resistance (Optional special Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500 Tuf steel for lightweight design)
4 mm side, front and back walls, 5 mm floor thickness (Optional: desired thickness)
Mechanical open, lengthwise, top-hinged (Optional hydraulic)
Movable rear bumper compliant with 70/221/EEC standards and tested (Optional: dipped galvanized abrasion- and corrosion-resistant rear bumper)
Optional: manual sliding tarpaulin with continuous rail, electrical sliding and protective tarpaulin
