The Fixed Lowbed Trailer is manufactured for transporting heavy machinery, tracked excavators, bulldozers, cranes, transformers, and industrial loads. Its low loading platform enables safe transport of high-profile equipment within standard road height restrictions.
Hydraulic or mechanical rear ramp, reinforced gooseneck, 98/91 EEC approved high-strength steel chassis, BPW or SAF axles, air suspension, and WABCO EBS braking system are standard equipment.
Number of axles, load capacity, platform length, ramp type, and load connection points are customized according to customer specifications.

98/91 EEC standards; made of two welded longitudinal I-beams with cross beams at needed distances (Optional special Strenx® 700MC steel for lightweight design)
Body is made of ST-52 (S355JR) for maximum abrasiveness and impact resistance (Optional special Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500 Tuf steel for lightweight design)
4 mm side, front and back walls, 5 mm floor thickness (Optional: desired thickness)
Mechanical open, lengthwise, top-hinged (Optional hydraulic)
Movable rear bumper compliant with 70/221/EEC standards and tested (Optional: dipped galvanized abrasion- and corrosion-resistant rear bumper)
