Emirsan Tank Type Tipper is manufactured with "U" shaped body structure for the fastest and safest discharge of heavy loads. With its design that prevents material adhesion, it provides maximum efficiency in sand, gravel and asphalt transportation.
Manufactured at our 18,000 m² facility in Konya with 98/91 EEC approved steel, robotic MIG welding and CNC cutting. BPW/SAF axles, WABCO EBS braking system and air suspension are standard equipment.
Capacity, interior lining, cover type and axle configuration are fully customizable according to your operational requirements and project specifications.

98/91 EEC standards; made of two welded longitudinal I-beams with cross beams at needed distances (Optional special Strenx® 700MC steel for lightweight design)
Body is made of ST-52 (S355JR) for maximum abrasiveness and impact resistance (Optional special Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500 Tuf steel for lightweight design)
4 mm side, front and back walls, 5 mm floor thickness (Optional: desired thickness)
Mechanical open, lengthwise, top-hinged (Optional hydraulic)
Movable rear bumper compliant with 70/221/EEC standards and tested (Optional: dipped galvanized abrasion- and corrosion-resistant rear bumper)
