Scrap Tipper Dump Trailer is manufactured for metal scrap, steel waste, recycling materials, and heavy industrial waste transportation. High side walls and reinforced chassis provide long service life against impact from sharp and cutting scrap.
Manufactured at our Konya facility using 98/91 EEC approved Hardox wear-resistant steel, robotic MIG welding, and CNC cutting. Additional wear plates are applied to the internal floor and side surfaces. BPW/SAF axles, WABCO EBS braking system, air suspension.
Capacity, side height, rear gate type (hinged / tailgate), number of axles, and accessories are customized according to customer operations. Field support in 40+ countries.

98/91 EEC standards; made of two welded longitudinal I-beams with cross beams at needed distances (Optional special Strenx® 700MC steel for lightweight design)
Body is made of ST-52 (S355JR) for maximum abrasiveness and impact resistance (Optional special Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500 Tuf steel for lightweight design)
