The Heavy Duty (Rock Type) Tipper Trailer is manufactured for mining sites, quarries, and heavy construction logistics. With a reinforced internal floor, thick side panels, and reinforced chassis structure, it withstands the most demanding conditions against impact from sharp and large rock fragments.
Manufactured at our 18,000 m² Konya facility using 98/91 EEC-approved Hardox and Strenx high-strength steel, robotic MIG welding, and CNC cutting. BPW or SAF axles, WABCO EBS braking, and air suspension are standard equipment.
Capacity, internal lining thickness, cover configuration, tipper cylinder capacity, and number of axles are customized according to customer specifications. On-site commissioning support in 40+ countries.

98/91 EEC standards; made of two welded longitudinal I-beams with cross beams at needed distances (Optional special Strenx® 700MC steel for lightweight design)
Body is made of ST-52 (S355JR) for maximum abrasiveness and impact resistance (Optional special Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500 Tuf steel for lightweight design)
4 mm side, front and back walls, 5 mm floor thickness (Optional: desired thickness)

Movable rear bumper compliant with 70/221/EEC standards and tested (Optional: dipped galvanized abrasion- and corrosion-resistant rear bumper)
