The Truck-Mounted (Rigid Body) Tipper is a fixed tipper body mounted directly to the truck chassis. It is used in urban excavation, municipal services, short-distance construction logistics, and agricultural transport.
Manufactured from 98/91 EEC approved steel using robotic MIG welding and CNC cutting. Configurable with front-mounted (classic) or rear-mounted tipping systems, and manual or pneumatic gate systems.
Body volume, platform length, internal/external height, gate type, and side wall thickness are customized according to the vehicle chassis and operational profile.

98/91 EEC standards; made of two welded longitudinal I-beams with cross beams at needed distances (Optional special Strenx® 700MC steel for lightweight design)
Body is made of ST-52 (S355JR) for maximum abrasiveness and impact resistance (Optional special Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500 Tuf steel for lightweight design)
4 mm side, front and back walls, 5 mm floor thickness (Optional: desired thickness)
Mechanical open, lengthwise, top-hinged (Optional hydraulic)
Movable rear bumper compliant with 70/221/EEC standards and tested (Optional: dipped galvanized abrasion- and corrosion-resistant rear bumper)
Optional: manual sliding tarpaulin with continuous rail, electrical sliding and protective tarpaulin
